iP46 Description:

Great Sound in a Small Portable Package

Design:
Compact for portability and convenience, the iP46 looks great and has a clean lines and design.

It has a sliding, retractable dock so that only the dock sticks out when in use. When your iPod/iPhone is docked it is securely attached.

It has 2 strong metal arms at the bottom of the system that rotate out, providing a sturdy base for support. Then when not in use the arms easily fold in creating a nice compact unit ready for travel.

Sound:
After blasting the iP46 at full power with my favorite movie soundtracks, indie rock and heavy metal artists, I can tell you it performs very well. It’s a smaller system so bass isn’t going to as good as systems built with subwoofers. It has great clarity and power.

Value:
Looking to go portable? The iP46 is priced a little lower than many other similar systems. It is not quite as big and does not include a remote, but is remote capable. So for the money it is a good value.

It’s built to last and is put together rather well.

Final Thought
For a portable speaker system that can work as a desk or home system it does a great job. If you’re looking for more full body sound you may look for a more premium and expensive alternative. However the sound on the iP46 is clear and won’t disappoint.
