Excellent Device!

iPod Speaker Reviews obtained a demo unit and was thoroughly impressed. The sound quality is excellent at all volume levels and the construction is extremely rugged and durable. The design is very attractive and the carrying case is a nice addition.

The only room for improvement is a remote control would be nice and the volume when the speakers are initially turned on is a bit loud.

If you are looking for a good iPod speaker system or iPod boombox then this is definitely and excellent choice!

Overview

One of the first great iPod Speaker Systems. This is a fairly old model and not sure if you can buy it any more but it is well constructed and sounds great

Cranks out the bass!

I've been looking for a small ipod player with big big bass. For a year now. I've had my im9 for over 5 years now and was afaid it would die soon. I LOVE that thing. Outside at a BBQ it's amazing. In a room it blasts! So I just bought another to make sure I keep getting amazing sound in a small pkg. I highly recommend it!

the iM9 is Pretty Awesome!

Just got the Altec Lansing im9 and I am very impressed with it. It sounds great and looks great. It is very compact and functunal. The design is clean and simple. The backpack that comes with the unit is very nice also the speakers fit in snug and it has the straps in all of the right places.

I have not had a chance to see what this will do outside but the iM9 will sure fill up a room with some good sound.

I wish the price point was a bit lower, but then I think most things are two expensive. The iM9 has a good value for the money. Some of the less expensive competitors do not have the same sound quality. This is a great example of you get what you pay for. The iM9 is a bit more expensive but worth it.

This is a great product

I have taken this on a couple of trips and have gotten many complements. It was more expensive than some of the other options but I am glad that I made the investment. :-)
