Slick looking, but with minor nuisances

Overall, this is a good product...but one that has little hicks to prevent it from being a great product. Sound quality is fantastic, as is the style & design. Minor nuisances exist that are frustratingly annoying.

Pros and Cons

Pros

This alarm clock is slick looking, has great sound, and can be rotated to enable viewing of an ipod/iphone in landscape and portrait modes.

Cons

*Pressing any buttons can result in the time to switch from landscape to portrait (or vice versa) - the only way to get it back in the way you want is to gently knock the alarm clock.

*If a song on your ipod/iphone is too quiet, the music shuts off and a shrill alarm goes off instead. While I understand this is to avoid not having an alarm go off with the volume too low (resulting in people sleeping through the alarm), the transition occurs too quickly. Many songs have quieter moments that last several seconds; however, the shrill alarm goes off after less than 10 seconds of low volume music. This is too quick.
